Our client is a fast-growing industrial services organization that is under private equity ownership. New growth initiatives have driven the need for a Chief Financial Officer to help grow the business to the next level and beyond.

 

The CFO will be helping develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy, and be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. The CFO will be overseeing a “lean and mean” fast-paced team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, business development and other functions.

 

This is a true “buy-and-build” environment, and the CFO will spearhead all aspects of financial management, from professionalizing the finance and accounting function to acquisition integration plans and managing the banking relationships.

 

The successful person will have a combination of standalone CFO experience, M&A integration and financial system expertise, private equity experience with a successful exit, and strong strategic and business acumen.
