Our client is a uniquely successful, media services outsourced solutions enterprise with deep expertise and sector leadership in their market. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/ Partner to the CEO to help lead the growth and evolution of the enterprise.

Your mandate is to provide “best in class” financial support to the executive team while building robust and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing business. You will take a leadership role in organic and acquisitive growth initiatives including integration while managing banking relationships and communicating with the Board and investors on a regular basis.

The ideal individual for this role will have sound financial leadership experience, with excellent communication and team building skills. Your background will ideally include commercial or media services or other B2B services industry experience, which could include exposure to any of the following: professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services.  Ideally you will have experience working with a financial sponsor and in leading M&A execution, with background having participated in a successful exit process.
