We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and business development executive with proven success in driving significant growth within an entrepreneurial and highly competitive environment within the metal component manufacturing sector. The Senior Vice President of Sales will actively pursue new business opportunities while developing road maps to diversify the business into new sectors to achieve targeted sales growth. You will lead your team from the front, in a player/coach capacity and will take a hands-on approach to obtaining new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This position requires a consummate sales and business development executive who can drive exceptional growth while leading the development of process and administration for the sales function within a highly entrepreneurial organization. 

Ideally you will have spent some time within large corporate environments and have successfully transitioned sales strategies and best practices effectively to a lower middle-market entrepreneurial enterprise.
