Description

Our client is a growing middle-market industrial manufacturing and distribution enterprise under the ownership of a growth-focused financial sponsor who seeks an operationally-oriented Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will be required to “roll up their sleeves” to ensure that best-in-class financial systems and controls are in place for the organization and to build a sound accounting and reporting platform for a business that is growing substantially. You will also take on integration activities in managing the transition of new acquisitions and mergers.

The ideal candidate will be a strong, broadly experienced finance executive ready to take on a leadership role in a middle market organization as a doer/leader and will dig into the details, working with a lean staff organization to establish a robust finance environment.  The CFO should have a CPA or MBA with proven experience in managing an efficient finance and accounting group, and be self-driven, detail oriented and committed to team work.

A background in industrial or commercial manufacturing and distribution will be an asset along with experience driving cultural transformation and process implementation.
