Our client is seeking a strategically-focused executive with well-developed M&A skills and a history of driving cultural integration and transformation.  You will have a history of building high performing finance and accounting teams, leading exponential growth for enterprises in the industrial manufacturing/distribution sector.  You will ideally have a background working with private equity sponsors, operating in a leveraged environment.
