Our client is a rapidly growing lower middle-market entrepreneurial staffing services business supporting the skilled trades sectors. This business has recently been acquired by a growth focused middle-market private equity investor with plans to professionalize operations and ultimately drive significant growth.  

We are seeking an Executive Advisor/Board Member with demonstrated success in the staffing sector where they helped nurture the company through a period of sustained growth. As a Board Member you will provide industry expertise and share your tribal knowledge of market trends. You will advise the company in development of strategic growth initiatives, lend insight on business priorities, strategies and processes and utilize your network in the space to expand the company’s reach to potential partners and customers. This role requires deep background experience in growing the value proposition of a private equity sponsored business, ideally having worked with a financial sponsor to participate in growing a business and ultimately leading it through a successful exit.

Commensurate compensation will include incentive equity participation.
