Our client is an innovative and distinct technology-enabled systems solutions enterprise moving on a vigorous acquisitive/organic growth path. New financial sponsorship with a top tier middle market private equity firm has positioned the business for exponential growth. 

We are looking to fortify the executive team with an operationally savvy, pro-active and hands-on Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth and organizational and cultural change as this business strives for market leadership and dominance in their sector. The mandate will include building out an integrated financial platform, systems and team to maximize shared resources and to shed light on strategic opportunities. 

The ideal candidate will have experienced successful high growth strategies and M&A dynamics and be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent, focused on the bottom-line. You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation and infusing bottom-line focused discipline.  You will bring a data-driven decision-making mindset honed in highly entrepreneurial and innovative environments.
