Our client is a technology product and systems integrator with an international manufacturing footprint backed by private equity.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record of driving successful operational strategies that support growth and innovation. As COO you will ensure the quality and efficiency of supply chain and operations, while driving efficiencies through integration in an M&A fueled growth environment. You will take hands-on leadership of all aspects of the business, including R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Transportation & Logistics, and Strategic Planning. You will report to the CEO and play a critical role as a member of the executive team.

Ideally you will have deep experience in engineered design, assembly and production, in a Lean-focused environment committed to the highest standards in Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Health & Safety. You will understand a custom engineered, high mix/low run production environment and how to manage and optimize a complex global supply chain.
