We are looking to fortify the executive team with an operationally savvy, proactive Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth, and organizational and cultural change, as this business strives for market leadership and expansion in their sector. The ideal candidate will have experienced successful high growth strategies and dynamics in a manufacturing enterprise and be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent, focused on the bottom-line. You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, implementing and utilizing effective ERP and business analytics systems, and particularly infusing bottom-line focused discipline and a data-driven decision-making mindset in a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.  Background in contract manufacturing or custom build to order processes will be an asset.
