The business, which operates in a highly fragmented space, is backed by a leading private equity sponsor who seeks to grow the company significantly through acquisition and a strong organic growth strategy.   

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with the CEO to support and drive growth. This position will play an active leadership role as a member of the executive team, leading and professionalizing all finance and accounting functions, with direct oversight of the M&A strategy, implementation of streamlined systems and processes, as well as development of insightful reporting and KPI dashboards to support this constantly evolving and growing business. This position requires a hands-on, forward thinking thought partner with the ability to drive change while supporting significant acquisitive growth. We are seeking a CFO with experience leading the finance function for a multi-site, multi-divisional manufacturing and supply chain platform who has proven acquisition and integration expertise.
