Backed by recent private equity investment, the company is seeking a process-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead day-to-day operations and support its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced CEO with a proven ability to lead and expand a specialty commercial services platform in partnership with investors. This individual will bring strong business acumen, operational rigor, and a track record of implementing metrics-driven best practices. They will foster a culture of performance and operational excellence across both professional and field teams. Key priorities include enhancing organizational infrastructure, driving growth through mergers and acquisitions, and successfully integrating new businesses. Maintaining the company’s high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction will be critical.

Experience in industrial automation systems, power automation, mechanical or electrical services, or related industrial sectors is preferred. Prior leadership within a private equity-backed or investor-led environment is considered a strong asset.
