Our client is a lower middle-market specialty healthcare services provider with corporate headquarters located near a major metropolitan center in the United States. The company has been acquired by a private equity sponsor and is well-positioned to execute on a growth strategy to expand its existing foundational infrastructure.   

We are seeking a growth-oriented CEO with experience managing a full P&L while overseeing ambitious growth strategies within a middle-market pharmacy services or compounding services healthcare services enterprise. This individual will come from a deep operational background with the proven ability to oversee and drive business development and growth initiatives across a broad geographic spread. We require a strategic leader who will work closely with the investors and board of directors while equally acting as a mentor across all levels of organization with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach. Ideally, this individual will bring considerable experience leading and developing high performing teams, building infrastructure and being a strategic and tactical business partner within the pharmacy services model.   

The compensation package includes a highly attractive equity opportunity with a competitive base salary and annual bonus.
