Our client is a highly acquisitive distribution services enterprise expanding exponentially through hyperactive acquisitive action.  As Chief Financial Officer, you will join a hard-driving executive team focused on the ultimate goal, with a mandate to build out a robust finance and accounting function built for speed and efficiency, and dedicated to the enterprise’ relentless growth plan.              

Our client is seeking a strategically-focused executive with well-developed M&A playbook and a history of driving cultural integration and transformation.  You will have a history of building high performing finance and accounting teams, leading exponential growth for enterprises in the distribution services sector.  Experience working with private equity sponsor firms is an asset.
