Our client is an aggressively growing Wholesale/Distribution enterprise seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead ambitious expansion and transformation initiatives in this well-established and growing private equity backed enterprise. 

As Chief Executive Officer you will lead execution of growth strategies for the business, plan and participate in acquisitions, build and drive sales and business development initiatives and ensure that supply chain/logistics are maximizing product strategies. You will play a key role in transforming culture through implementation of best practices and operational efficiency programs across the company and ensure that the business maintains its leadership status in their sector. 

You will have background experience in leading organic sales and M&A-based growth initiatives, as well as building professional organizations and initiating creative product strategies. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead from the trenches in this “lean and mean” corporate culture that emphasizes team work and customer service.
