Our client is an innovative and distinct industrial services enterprise with strong regional presence and moving on a vigorous acquisitive/organic growth path. New financial sponsorship with a top tier middle market private equity firm has positioned the business for exponential domestic growth and aggressive expansion. 

We are looking to fortify the executive team with an operationally savvy, pro-active and hands-on Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth and organizational and cultural change as this business strives for market leadership and expansion in their sector. The ideal candidate will have experienced successful high growth strategies and dynamics in an industrial services or distribution enterprise (construction, engineering and restoration, MEP- mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building products, or other translatable industrial services/distribution experience) and be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent, focused on the bottom-line. You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, particularly infusing bottom-line focused discipline and a data-driven decision-making mindset in a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
