We are seeking the Chief Executive Officer for a dynamic and growing multi-location health care services enterprise with a unique and highly successful operating philosophy and profile in the marketplace. Our client has multiple locations in the US with ambitious plans to expand the footprint of the business over the next 3-5 years. 

Your mandate is to oversee all aspects of this multi-site concept and to drive “best practices” implementation throughout the network of locations while executing on innovative strategies and initiatives to expand the growth and expansion of the enterprise. You must have proven credibility with the provider group and demonstrated capacity to recruit and retain high levels of provider talent. You will quarter back the implementation of “best practices” throughout the system, metrics-driven decision-making and strong formalized management processes. 

We’re looking for an experienced C suite executive with a multi-site health care services background, ideally in a high growth context with disciplined management processes. You will understand the dynamics of working with a nimble and fast-paced entrepreneurial culture while bringing in a more formal operational process that will facilitate further scaling of the business. 

This opportunity provides attractive base compensation and bonus incentive is offered as well as equity participation in the enterprise.
