Our client is a leading, diversified Consumer Products business operating through the Mass, Specialty and DTC retail channels across North America. Backed by a premier private equity sponsor, the business is well-positioned to achieve significant growth objectives within their core product areas and expanding across adjacent categories.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-focused Chief Executive Officer to take the reins and drive strategy to effectively scale the business while achieving profitability objectives. Operating in direct partnership with the existing management team and private equity sponsor, the CEO is mandated with accelerating omnichannel sales, optimizing a global supply chain, and maximizing enterprise value for the business. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging and expanding high-level relationships with major big-box retailers and specialty merchandisers to secure prime placement, expand door counts, and win new business.  This leader will also execute an aggressive digital growth strategy to rapidly scale e-commerce channels. Further, the growth mandate will include strategically adding on new offerings to their product portfolio to complement the core business. Ultimately you will be focused on driving the enterprise to a successful exit outcome for the investor group.
