We are seeking a high-impact CEO to lead a growing, middle market multi-location residential and commercial services company that offers maintenance, repair, restoration and new construction services. This is an opportunity for a driven, hands-on leader to accelerate growth, build organizational discipline, and create significant wealth.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling multi-site service businesses, driving operational excellence, and leading teams through periods of rapid growth and change. Key priorities include integrating acquired operations, standardizing processes and performance metrics, strengthening leadership talent, and executing a growth strategy that delivers both organic and acquisition-driven expansion. You will have experience working within multi-location field service businesses—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, restoration, or related sectors and have proven experience in driving transformation and change.

The ideal leader is highly accountable, action-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable operating at a fast pace in a results-focused environment.
