Description

Our client is a producer and manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products and is undertaking significant growth strategies under private equity ownership.  We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the executive team to drive growth to take the business to the next level. 

You will be executing on an aggressive growth strategy, with both acquisitive and organic growth initiatives, and will be deeply involved in building out a robust Finance and Accounting foundation, while partnering on strategic and tactical initiatives to move the enterprise forward in a dynamic market. 

This will be a “roll up your sleeves” environment, where you will be involved in the trenches as well as at the strategic level.  Key mandates are team building and development of robust operational systems and processes, and management of investor and lender relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experiences: manufacturing industry experience, multi-location jurisdiction experience, acquisition due diligence and integration. Assets will be experience in OEM and/or contract manufacturing with exposure to the medical device, aerospace and defense, automotive and/or telecommunication industry sectors.
