Our client is a rapidly growing multi-location Healthcare enterprise, seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Chief Executive Officer as the company is poised to expand its operations through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth. With a proven management team and the backing of a leading private equity sponsor the company is on a vigorous and ambitious growth trajectory. 

We’re looking for a proven Chief Financial Officer with multi-unit healthcare services industry experience and a background in establishing and driving key analytics and performance drivers in fast-paced and high-growth businesses. You will be bring a “hands-on” approach, manage as a “player/coach” and be a strong communicator across all levels of the business. Ideally you will have background working in a private equity-backed business with experience managing banking relationships, cash flow and a leveraged balance sheet. Experience in managing an active acquisition and integration process is an asset. 

A competitive compensation package is offered and the incentive package will include a significant equity stake in the enterprise.
