Our client is a leading large cap maritime transportation company with a strong position in its core markets. The company offers ferry services to major waterways and is entering an important next phase of its evolution and is seeking a President to lead a significant transformation and accelerate value creation. 

We are seeking an experienced President to lead the organization, with significant experience in the ferry industry. The President will oversee safe, reliable and efficient operations across vessels, routes, schedules, terminals and maintenance, while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance. The role will lead fleet strategy, government and stakeholder relations, customer service, business growth and route development, and provide decisive leadership during major incidents, disruptions and emergencies.

The President will work closely with the Board and private equity sponsor to lead a company-wide transformation focused on performance, scalability, and organizational effectiveness. You will accelerate organic revenue and EBITDA growth through commercial excellence, customer expansion, pricing, service development, and operational improvement. As President you will be tasked to build a high-performing leadership team and strengthen the capabilities, processes, and accountability required to support the next stage of growth.
