Description

Our client is a leading Fortune 1000 North American manufacturer and distributor of building materials, backed by a prominent private equity sponsor. The company is seeking a proven President from the industry to lead its next phase of transformation and growth, leading to a successful liquidity event. 

The President will have full operating responsibility and will work closely with the Board and private equity sponsor to lead a company-wide operational transformation and process improvement agenda, drive organic revenue growth and strengthen commercial execution. The ideal candidate is a proven senior enterprise operator with experience leading a $1B+ manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or building materials business. Experience within a PE-backed environment, leading organizational transformation, process improvement, and organic growth is highly valued.
