Our client is a leading multi-location packaging solutions provider with over $1B in annual revenue. The company has locations situated across North America and we are seeking a transformative President to lead a $1B+ packaging powerhouse serving premier brands across food, beverage, pharma, and cosmetics. Grounded in both flexible and rigid packaging, our organization is executing an enterprise-wide modern transformation. You will drive this agenda by leading a full ERP implementation, optimizing multi-site plant operations through Lean/Six Sigma practices, and directing strategic capital upgrades to modernize manufacturing infrastructure. 

Simultaneously, you will champion an aggressive organic growth strategy that evolves our sales engine into a technical solution provider and expands our footprint in high-margin, sustainable product lines. The ideal candidate brings over 15 years of executive operational leadership within large-scale packaging organizations, backed by a proven track record of managing major CapEx projects, unifying plant cultures, and delivering double-digit top- and bottom-line expansion. 

There will be a highly attractive compensation package comprised of a strong base salary, performance-driven annual bonuses, and substantial long-term equity or phantom stock incentives tied to enterprise value creation.
