Our client is an innovative and distinct provider of construction and contractor services with a strong presence across the Midwest. The business is supported by a respected private equity firm that has provided the capital to support exponential growth for the business.

We are seeking an accomplished and operationally savvy, pro-active Chief Financial Officer who will strategically and tactically partner with the Chief Executive Officer to drive growth while implementing process, systems and procedure through business operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working within a project-based accounting environment with focus on percentage of completion/WIP within a construction context and must be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent capable of building a best-in-class finance organization focused on the bottom-line.  You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, implementing process and collaborating cross functionally across an organization. This position requires a high energy, self-motivated leader with an “in-the-trenches” operating style along with an executive presence capable of infusing discipline and a data-driven decision-making in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
