The ideal candidate has proven residential services experience and a track record of working effectively with owner/operators in decentralized environments. They are a strong operator who can lead through influence, build trust, implement scalable processes, and drive accountability without losing the entrepreneurial culture of the business.

Experience scaling multi-location businesses, integrating acquisitions, delivering results and leading a successful exit in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
