Our client is an aggressively growing precision manufacturing company with an enviable expansion strategy and growth record. The business operates an extensive research and development and manufacturing function in the US and addresses global markets with its product suite. We would be interested in hearing from individuals that have experience in the medical device or precision engineered technology manufactured products sectors.  Also, of relevance and interest are individuals from other manufacturing sectors, such as automotive, industrial capital equipment and aerospace manufacturing/engineering sectors.

We are looking for a technically strong, “roll up your sleeves” Chief Financial Officer to build-out a robust and sophisticated finance, accounting and program management function, as well as to drive more detailed and intensive management analytics and operational support capability. This individual will be heavily involved with the acquisitive growth initiatives the enterprise intends to pursue.

The successful individual will have a sound financial accounting and reporting skillset, with a CPA, MBA or equivalent. They will have worked with world class financial organizations with excellent systems and process “best practices” in their past history but have a passion for entrepreneurial-driven business. They will have a background in government/military/law enforcement industry sectors and be a detail oriented and proactive personality.

This person could come from a standalone middle market company environment or be from a larger organization where they have shown strong career progression in corporate roles such as FP&A or controllership, or in divisional CFO/Controller roles.
