Our client is a growing middle market specialty contractor business serving large scale commercial, industrial and residential customers now seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with the CEO and lead an aggressive growth strategy, expanding to serve a national customer base of general contractors and facility managers through a network of field service locations.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and play an integral role in strategic planning, executing the Company’s overall financial strategy, including M&A activities, formalization of internal processes and controls, achieving internal financial goals, and managing the finance function across multiple service locations. The qualified candidate will be highly proactive and comfortable working with a lean staff in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. You will have a successful track record and mix of financial reporting, planning, controllership and treasury operations. You must have experience with acquisitions and integration in a leveraged balance sheet environment, and/or working with a private equity, family office or a venture capital sponsor. Academic qualification requirements include degrees in engineering, business, accountancy and/or an MBA.
