Our client is an aerospace products manufacturer serving industry leading aerospace customers. The company is highly regarded for its innovation and engineering capabilities and is currently experiencing significant growth with plans to continue this growth trajectory via organic and acquisitive means. The business is seeking to recruit a dynamic and hands-on Chief Executive Officer who will wear many hats while taking on the reins of this enterprise as they create value and expand through competitive sales strategies while also expanding the company’s offerings into new markets.

We are seeking a candidate with a background of P&L leadership experience in a middle market company who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business. This candidate will be the face of the company and must be capable of achieving significant organic and acquisitive growth with a specific focus on business development in the OEM, commercial aerospace and/or defense manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have had previous success leading a middle-market aerospace manufacturing business with a proven track record managing sales and operations.
