Our client is a successful and growing, Midwest-based, industrial design and manufacturing business serving a wide variety of top tier industrial clients. This private equity sponsored middle-market business is well positioned to continue delivering innovative products into competitive industry markets and anticipates vigorous growth through organic and acquisitive means with a focus on deeper market penetration and product innovation.

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take the reins of this business, partnering with a strong existing executive management team to implement a bold strategic vision while driving significant acquisitive and organic growth. This customer facing position will lead business development efforts, providing support and guidance for the sale and marketing functions while ensuring foundational infrastructure and process is in place to support growth. This leader will have previous experience having full P&L ownership, drawing upon a background steeped in best practices and operational efficiency.

The Chief Executive Officer will receive an attractive compensation package including base salary, bonus and equity. A complete benefits package will also be offered.
