The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading growth initiatives with full P&L responsibility for the organization, overseeing optimization of operations and building out a high-performance commercial structure. As CEO you will be a strategic partner to the private equity investors and will execute on the investment thesis including value creation while increasing the profitability of the business as it scales. The position requires an entrepreneurially minded and growth oriented, commercially focused leader able to professionalize the business and take it to the next level. The CEO will oversee all business development efforts and be the face of the company in the marketplace.
