The company has a storied history of delivering unmatched customer service and high-quality workmanship while providing an ever-growing list of capabilities to their core service offerings. The company is currently backed by a leading private equity investor with a focus on elevating process to support organic and acquisitive growth with the goal of taking the company through a liquidity event over the next three to four years.

The President and Chief Operating Officer will have full P&L responsibility and will be a strong right hand to the CEO. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on creating equity value through process improvement, professionalization and change management. The President & COO will have the aptitude to be both strategic and hands–on and will have proven success in building out a scalable organization, while driving and managing strong topline growth and increased profitability. You will be capable of overseeing a driven management team and will have the ability to shape the culture of a technical field workforce, elevating overall company performance across all functions.  The successful candidate will have deep B2C experience preferably within residential contractor services (ex: plumbing, HVAC, pest control, landscaping, etc.). The President & COO will have led both the operational and commercial functions in their career and may have served as a division leader or business unit manager out of a large organization where they have developed a solid foundation of process and best practices. This role requires a high-energy, focused leader who can manage through metrics and KPIs and lead from the front.
