Description

Our client is a well-established middle-market commercial services business recently backed by a highly accomplished private equity investor. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with the executive team as the company moves to the next level.

The CFO will build and manage a “lean and mean” high performance team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions.  This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and lead significant growth and performance improvement initiatives. Ideal background experience will be in commercial services such as industrial access control, warehouse automation, equipment maintenance and repair, etc.

You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, from accounting, inventory management and production to acquisition integration plans, cash management and lender relationships as a hands-on leader and player/coach CFO.  You will be involved in growth initiatives leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team while providing support across the entire organization. We are seeking previous experience leading, scaling and professionalizing a multi-location commercial services organization where you have led the implementation of best practices and KPIs.
